Branding Files
Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.
Designs
Tech packs or if you don't have them, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.
Artwork Files
Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated
Sizing
A size chart of garment measurements for each design. Do note that body measurements can’t be used.

Requirement Gathering
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will review your project specifications and provide you with a link to an order form where you can submit your design details.

Submit Designs
After receiving your submission, we will evaluate the requirements of your project and send you a personalized price quote.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
No tech pack? No worries! We can create and develop one for you. The tech pack will comprise essential technical data, specifications, and guidelines that will be communicated to the factories for producing your apparel.

SOURCING
Once you approve the price estimate, we will request you to provide us with samples for sizing and fitting purposes. We will initiate the sourcing procedure to identify appropriate fabrics and trims that match your designs and send them to you for your selection.

Samples Creation
As we proceed with sourcing, our internal design team will assist in refining the specifics of your project and creating tech packs for your designs.

Bulk Production
Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on bulk production after we received your approved samples and downpayment.

QUALITY CONTROL
After the bulk production is finished, our quality control team will examine the products to guarantee there are no defects. We will repair any damaged pieces and rectify any issues before the products are forwarded to the packaging department.

PACKING & SHIPPING
We have reached the last phase! In this stage, we will aid you in managing the shipping documentation and coordinate the delivery of your products to your address. At this point, the final payment for the remaining balance and shipping charges will be necessary before dispatching your products.
