Apparel Production
Pre-Production
To mitigate shrinkage issues, our fabrics undergo a pre-shrunk wash prior to production. Any modifications to details such as fit, print colors, size, and placement will be confirmed in a pre-production sample before moving forward with bulk production.
Bulk Production
Once the final samples have been approved, and a purchase order and down-payment have been received, our manufacturing process for apparel typically takes between 6-8 weeks.
Quality Assurance
Our focus is on crafting high-quality products that will exceed your customers' expectations. To ensure this, Bryden has its own dedicated QC teams that conduct standard quality control checks. This allows us to identify and address any issues before packaging and delivery.
Packaging
We recognize that in clothing manufacturing, attention to detail is critical. As such, all items undergo steam ironing, meticulous folding, and individual packaging in poly bags before being boxed and shipped to their final destination.
